1942 Morris Commercial C4 (Great Britain)

In the second half of the 30ies the Morris developed the family of rear drive vehicles Morris Commercial CS8 and PU with the cargo capacity of 750 and 400 kg correspondingly. The vehicles were created especially for the army and by the beginning of World War II and they were the most mass in their class.
In 1942 the CS8 and PU models were replaced by the engineered car famous under the Morris Commercial C4 identification mark. On the whole the automobile replicated the design of the CS8 model. The Morris Commercial C4 had the drive to the back axle and the body was taken from the CS8.
The main distinction of the C4 was the windscreen made single-piece (the CS8 had usually two windshields), besides the fully-featured doors appeared (they had been canvas before). The C4 was produced till the end of 1944.
