1914 Feldwagen с/95 Horse Cart (Germany)

At the end of the XIX century the Kaiser Army Command launched the program on unification of the horse wagon park. The first standard wagon became the Packwagen с/87, later it was substituted with Feldwagen с/95. The wagon was produced in different variants, including cargo, ambulance and radio. During the years of World War I the wagon Feldwagen с/95 was modernized and separated into the light leichter Feldwagen 16 (05) and shortened Kleiner Feldwegen 16 (Typ 05). The shortened variant is represented at the exposition. In common with the Feldwagen с/95, the sortened wagon was used in different variants. After the war the wagons were included in the inventory of the Reihswehr, and later the Wehrmacht, where they received the index kleiner Heeresfeldwagen (Hf. 3). The wagons were employed in the years of World War II both by Germans and their allies.
