1952 Mercedes-Benz 170 V Kastenwagen

Station wagon and panel van versions of the models 170 V and 170 D were used in the field by the Mercedes-Benz after-sales service in the 1950s. The versatility of these special-purpose vehicles made them ideal for parts transport and as workshops on wheels. They were normally furnished with bodies made by other firms, but the body of the exhibited vehicle came from the Sindelfingen factory.
