1947 LTZ KD-35

KD-35 tractor is a Crawler Middle-Power Tractor. The 1 -st of July, 1941, the Lipetsk Tractor Plant launched the production of Kirovets-35 tractors (K-35) equipped with the carburetor engines.

In 1947, they over to manufacture of KD-35 tractors equipped with diesel engines. The engine had been updated many times for a long period. The modifications of this engine were used both on wheeled and on crawler tractors of various types, road construction machines, power stations and other stationary plants. In 1950, on the basis of KD-35, the Plant brought the production of KDP-35 row-crop tractors to a commercial level. In 1947.,both tractor designer team and the engine designers were awarded the Government Prize. KD-35 turned out a rare long-liver: Its main units were installed on T 38 and T38M tractors up to 1973.

APPLICATION FIELD:
to be used for working in combination with a three- & four bottom plough and other trailed
general-purpose farm machines; KDP-35 tractor modification - to be used for sowing and inter-raw crop cultivation.
