1925 Amilcar Type E

The French company Amilcar produced cars from 1921 to 1939. The Amilcar Type E was an average car, which was produced from 1923 to 1925. The main body was an open dashboard, although there were other options like the sedan, presented in the museum. At first the engine of 1,476 cm3 with the total power of 42 hp was located under the hood, but a year later it was replaced with a more powerful 46-horsepower engine of 1,579 cm3. This engine with 4-speed transmission allowed the car to accelerate to 90 km / h (100 km / h with a 1.6-liter engine). In 1925 it was taken out of production.
