1948 Nacional R.G. 6 cv

Fabrica Nacional de Automoviles, Aviones y Motores de Aviacion was a Spanish manufacturer of aircraft engines and cars which were produced under the trade mark Nacional RG. The company was founded by Ramon Girona Guillaume, a graduate of a technical school in Paris. Having returned to his native Spain, he founded the company, and in 1948 at the XVI exhibition in Barcelona, he showed a small car 6 cv with a two-door closed body.

The wings and bonnet were combined into one component. Removing them you got a perfect access to the engine. By the way, the engine was tiny - 2-cylinder of 6 hp. output and 692 cm3 volume. Nevertheless, it accelerated the car to 80 km / h.

It is known that at least 3 cars were produced - one prototype and two pre-production models. One of the 2 pre-models (gray) are in the Museum Coleccion de Automoviles de Salvador Claret.
