2004 Porsche 911 Turbo S Coupe

Porsche 911 Turbo S Coupe (996)

Year of manufacture – 2004
Engine – 6-Zyl.Boxer Bi-Turbo
Engine capacity – 3,600 cc
Horsepower – 450 hp (331 kW)
Full speed – 307 km/h

Safety above everything: the four-wheel drive 911 Turbo gets standard brakes (PCCB Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake) for the first time ever. They have perforated and ventilated ceramic brake disks. And for good reason: the horsepower of the Bi-Turbo water-cooled engine increased to the impressive 450 hp with a torsion toque at 620 Nm.

The 911 has been writing automobile and design history for over four decades now - an incredibly long time especially for a sports car. But that's not so surprising if you know a bit about us: at Porsche we take a long term approach. While series evolve and models are constantly being perfected, we always remain true to our philosophy. By focusing on what really counts in technology and design, we create cars with character. All our cars are unmistakably Porsches, but subtle changes to the classic silhouette give each generation of models its own distinctive character. Through this philosophy, every 911 is unique.
