1957 HMW 50 SS Super Sport

Halleiner Motorenwerk (HMW) was founded by the engineer Anton Fuchs in November, 1948 as "Motorenwerk Fuchs-Königer-Aktiengesellschaft Salzburg-Hallein", that existed till 1958 in Hallein, and then till 1962 in Kottingbrunn, Lower Austria.
In 1957 the HMW Supersport with a two-speed gearbox appeared in the streets and beginning from March the new engine became three-speed.
The model has got a two-stroke engine of 49.9 сс (38 х 44 mm) capability and its power output is 2.2 hp at 6,100 rev/min.
