1954 PUCH Roller 125 RL

During the period of economic recovery after the last World War the providing of an individual mobility for the population was a very important task.
In 1954 the famous company PUCH produced the Roller 125 model – a motor scooter with 2 comfortable seats.

The technical characteristics:

- a driving gear hidden under the apron
- 2 – stroke air-cooled engine of displacement 125 сс and 6 hp
- three-range transmission
- an electrical starter and back run (!) as an option

Puch is a manufacturing company located in Graz, Austria. The company was founded in 1889 by the industrialist Johann Puch and produced automobiles, bicycles, mopeds, and motorcycles. It was a subsidiary of the large Steyr-Daimler-Puch conglomerate.
Model Lyx VS 50 L (in the museum display in black and white color) was very popular because of its availability and low price.
